- Apply the strip to your wet nose, pressing down firmly to ensure good contact with the skin, especially around the edges.
- Leave the strip on for 10 to 15 minutes until it feels stiff and dry.
- Slowly and carefully peel off the strip, starting from the edges and pulling towards the center.
- Rinse any residue from your nose with water.
