How to Use Benzac Ac 5% Gel

1. Begin by washing the affected skin area with a mild, non-irritating cleanser and water. Gently pat your skin dry.
2. Apply a thin, even film of Benzac AC 5% Gel to the entire affected area once daily.
3. Initial Use (First 3 days): Leave the gel on for 2 hours, then rinse off with water and gently pat dry. Follow with a light, non-comedogenic moisturizer.
4. After 3 Days (If tolerated): If no significant irritation occurs, apply the gel in the evening and leave it on overnight.
5. After 7 Days (If no improvement & tolerated): If your condition hasn't improved and no irritation is present, you may increase application to twice daily (morning and night).
6. Important Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, angles of the nose, and other mucous membranes. In case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with warm water.
7. Sun Sensitivity: This product may increase your skin's sensitivity to sunlight. Always use a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30+) and wear protective clothing when outdoors.
8. Wash your hands thoroughly immediately after applying the gel.
