- Swipe on a layer of clear lip gloss. Then apply the lip & eye sparkle using a soft pressing motion. For precision, use a lip brush.
- It also doubles as eyeshadow. Start by applying a small about of primer to your eyelids. Then apply eyeshadow in a shade closest to the lip & eye sparkle. With a damp eyeshadow brush, dab some lip & eye sparkle onto your eyelids. Pat it down till it sets and brush off any excess glitter.
- Want just a hint? Use your fingers to dab the lip & eye glitter in the centre of your lips and blend out.
