How to Use McLeod Russel 1869 Earl Grey

1. Place one teaspoon (approx. 2g) of tea leaves per cup (180ml) into a teapot or infuser.
2. Pour freshly boiled water (90-95°C) over the leaves.
3. Steep for 3-5 minutes, or to your preferred strength.
4. Strain and serve. Add lemon or a sweetener if desired.
5. Brew a stronger concentrate: Use two teaspoons (approx. 4g) of tea leaves per cup (180ml) of hot water.
6. Steep for 5 minutes.
7. Strain the tea into a heatproof pitcher.
8. Allow to cool, then refrigerate until chilled.
9. Serve over ice with lemon slices.
