About Isvaari Golden Sugar

Made using traditional single crystallization, Golden Sugar difference is that it is produced with fewer steps and is less processed than granulated white sugar. The process of producing granulated white sugar consists of seven steps after obtaining raw sugarcane juices, whereas the process of producing Isvaari Golden Sugar is only three steps clarification, crystallization and drying. White Sugar is traditionally refined to remove all color by removing from the sugar cane juice the naturally occurring molasses. In comparison, Isvaari Golden Sugar, retains a hint of molasses resulting in a beautiful golden color.
