The Bhut Jolokia, also known as ghost chilli and king chilli held the Guinness World Record for being the World's Hottest Chilli until year 2007. It is a hybrid of Capsicum Chinese and Capsicum Frutescens & cultivated in Northeast India.
Features:
- It is upto 400 times hotter than red chilli powder.
- This is one chilli where a very little goes a long way. For the first timers, infuse a - little amount of ghost chilli in your dish. Increase or decrease the amount depending on your taste.
