4. Remove the paper from the wings (if applicable) and fold them around the sides of your underwear for extra security.
5. Change your pad every 4-6 hours, or more frequently if your flow is heavy.
6. After use, roll the pad into its individual disposable pouch and discard it in a waste bin. Do not flush.
