How to Use Saathi Organic Bamboo Heavy Flow XXL Pads

1. Peel off the paper from the back of the pad.
2. Place the pad firmly onto the center of your underwear.
3. Remove the paper from the wings (if applicable) and fold them around the sides of your underwear.
4. Change every 4-6 hours, or as needed, for optimal hygiene and comfort.
5. Wrap the used pad in paper and dispose of it in a waste bin. Do not flush.
