How to Use Saathi Compostable Bamboo XL Pads

1. Peel off the paper from the back of the pad.
2. Place the pad sticky-side down onto your underwear.
3. Remove the paper from the wings and fold them around the sides of your underwear for a secure fit.
4. Change your pad every 4-6 hours, or as needed, for optimal hygiene and comfort.
5. Wrap the used pad in its individual wrapper or toilet paper and dispose of it in a waste bin. Do not flush.
