A2 Desi Ghee

A spoonful of our desi cow ghee is a liquid gold superfood. Sourced from the milk of pasture-fed indigenous breed i.e. Rathi & Kankrej cows, the ghee is ethically and naturally produced. Once the cream is removed from the cow milk, it is cultured into curd, mixed with water, and churned into butter using the bilona method. Lastly it is heated at low temperatures to form delicious, aromatic, power-packed desi ghee. Every bottle of desi cow ghee is 100% pure and devoid of any harmful processing or chemicals. And so, it is a powerhouse of A2 protein, carotenoids, antioxidants, and omega 3 fatty acids among other vitamins and minerals.
