Noodles are a staple of Japanese cuisine. The popular Japanese noodles are Soba (Whole Wheat and Buck Wheat), Udon (Refined wheat) and Egg Ramen (Refined wheat, Eggs).They are often served chilled with dipping sauces, or in soups or hot dishes.  This Kit Contains :   Meishi Ramen Egg Noodles,   Meishi Soba Noodles & Meishi Udon Noodles  Features : Meishi has launched some quick cooking, dried noodles – Soba, Udon and Ramen. Meishi Ramen noodles are non-veg noodles, Meishi Soba and Udon noodles are Veg noodles. Meishi Egg Ramen noodles are great accompaniment to soups, stir-frys or salads, even you can enjoy them the way they are typically prepared along with a rich bowl of broth. You could try Meishi Soba noodles in warm salads, or tossed with your favorite proteins, sauces, and finished with some toasted sesame oil. Udon is served mostly hot with a noodles soup. Though in summer season, chilled versions of udon are cooked, in all other seasons including winter, udon is served hot. They are eaten hot and cold, in soups or with a simple garnish, and enjoyed year-round. How to use : Meishi Ramen Egg Noodles: Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 5-6 minutes. Meishi Soba Noodles: Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 4 minutes. Meishi Udon Noodles: Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 4-5 minutes. Serving tips: Serve fried, or with soup or with your favorite gravy.
