How to Use Everteen Small Menstrual Cup for Periods in Women

1. Sterilize: Before first use and after each cycle, sterilize your cup by boiling it in water for 5-7 minutes.
2. Fold: Wash your hands thoroughly. Fold the cup into a C-fold or punch-down fold.
3. Insert: Gently insert the folded cup into your vagina, aiming towards your tailbone. Once inside, it should pop open. You can rotate it slightly or pull it down a little to ensure it has created a seal.
