How to Use Pee Safe Reusable Menstrual Cup Small

1. Sterilize: Before first use and between cycles, sterilize your cup by boiling it in water for 5-7 minutes.
2. Fold: Wash your hands thoroughly. Fold the cup into a C-fold or punch-down fold for easier insertion.
3. Insert: Relax and gently insert the folded cup into your vagina, aiming towards your tailbone. Once inside, it should pop open. You can rotate it slightly or pull it down a little to ensure a seal.
4. Wear: Enjoy up to 8-12 hours of leak-free protection.
5. Remove: Wash your hands. Gently pull the stem until you can reach the base of the cup. Pinch the base to break the seal and carefully remove it.
