How to Use Pee Safe Reusable Menstrual Cup Medium

1. Sterilize: Before first use and after each cycle, sterilize your cup by boiling it in water for 5-7 minutes.
2. Fold: Wash your hands thoroughly. Fold the cup into a 'C' fold or 'punch-down' fold for easier insertion.
