How to Use :

• Menstrual Cup Wash - Apply 2-3 pumps of Carmesi Menstrual Cup Wash on a wet menstrual cup.
• Gently work up a lather. Ensure that you clean both the inside and outside of your cup. Wash it off thoroughly with plain water.

Menstrual Cup -

• CLEAN IT - Wash the cup by placing in boiling water for 7 mins. Dry & cool it before use.
• FOLD IT - Fold the cup to form a U shape with your thumb and forefinger.
• INSERT IT - Relax your body & insert the cup in your vagina while pushing it upwards.
• REMOVE IT - Pinch the base of the cup and squeeze to release the vaccum, & gently pull it out.
• NOTE: Empty the cup and wash it with water before inserting again.
