How to Use Sirona Medium Menstrual Cup & Cup Wash Combo

1. Before First Use & Between Cycles: Sterilize your menstrual cup by boiling it in water for 5-10 minutes. Ensure it doesn't touch the bottom of the pot to prevent damage. Allow it to cool and air dry.
