How to Use:
- Start by using the pointed tip of the bullet lipstick from the center to contour & line your lips.
- Using the flat base of the bullet, fill in your lips from the center & work your way outwards.
- Press lips together lightly to ensure even application. 4. Top it up with another layer for some extra glam.
