Packed in a convenient 110gm jar, this paste is bursting with a harmonious blend of green chilies, lemongrass, garlic, shallots, galangal, and traditional Thai spices. Features :


  • Ingredients: Blue Dragon Thai Green Curry Paste Vegetables (eggplant, green beans, bamboo shoots, etc.) Coconut milk Cooking oil Optional: sugar, lime leaves, Thai basil leaves
  • Prepare Ingredients: Prepare your protein and vegetables by cutting them into bite-sized pieces. Cooking: Heat a tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan or wok over medium heat.
  • Add the Blue Dragon Thai Green Curry Paste to the pan and stir-fry for about a minute until fragrant. Adjust the amount according to your taste and desired level of spiciness.
  • Add your protein to the pan and cook until it's almost done. If you're using shrimp, they should turn pink, and if you're using chicken, it should be almost cooked through.
  • Add your vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until they start to soften.
  • Adding Coconut Milk: Pour in a can of coconut milk into the pan. Stir well to combine with the curry paste and create a creamy base for your curry. Let the curry simmer for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Seasoning: Taste the curry and adjust the seasoning as needed. You can add a splash of fish sauce for saltiness, a teaspoon of sugar for sweetness, or a squeeze of lime juice for acidity. If you have lime leaves, you can tear them and add them to the curry for extra fragrance.
  • Optionally, add Thai basil leaves for a fresh herbal flavor. Serving: Once everything is cooked through and seasoned to your liking, serve the Thai Green Curry hot over cooked rice or noodles.
