Minimalist 03% Vitamin B6 and Carnitine Scalp Hair Serum is an advanced lightweight & non-greasy formula designed to regulate excess sebum & reduce scalp oiliness.

This is a fragrance & oil-free formula that also contains ingredients to reduce scalp irritation and ensure optimal PH and hydration. How to Use:
Use AM or PM. Apply the leave-on serum on a clean scalp (after shampoo) using the dropper provided and massage thoroughly and leave the serum (do not rinse off)
