How to Use :
- Mix the Blonder Powder and Crème Developer in a plastic/ glass bowl.
- Apply on dry hair, keep for 30-60 mins.
- Apply the color on dry bleached hair, keep for 30-60 mins.
- Rinse with conditioner, dry and style your hair!
