The scent, composed around fresh top notes, floral middle notes and woody and musky base notes often referred to as Police Original. Police has 67 perfumes in its fragrance base. The earliest edition was created in 1998 and the newest is from 2019. Police fragrances were made in collaboration with perfumers Celine Ripert, Drom, Pierre-Constantin Guéros, Olivier Pescheux, Mathilde Bijaoui and Domitille Bertier.
