How to Use :
- The Ritual of Ayurveda and Face Yoga
- 1) In the morning, wash your face and apply Ayuga 10% Kumkumadi Skin Radiance Day Cream liberally on your face.
- 2) Do the Blow Fish Pose Yoga Asana.
- Step 1) Fill your mouth with air, hold your breath, and keep that position for 10 seconds.
- Step 2) Now fill one side of your mouth with air, hold your breath, keep that position for 5 seconds and then move on to the other side and do the same.
- Step 3) Repeat Step 1 and Step 2 at least 10 times.
