High performance liquid eye liner is characterised by immediate color release. It draws a full long lasting stroke. The product fixes perfectly to the skin without smudging. The finish is bright, intense and characterised by high coverage. Recommended to: apply eyeliner with short strokes, starting from the centre of the eye and working towards the corners. Make sure the eyeliner is completely dried to avoid smudging. Avoid using liquid eyeliner on your lower eyelid. If you want some definition beneath your eye, draw a thin line with an eye pencil or use an eyeliner brush dipped in dark eye shadow.
