How to Use Oshea Herbals Mesmeric Liquid Eye Liner

1. Apply eyeliner to the upper lid. Gently pull your upper eyelid taut to the side.
2. Draw a thin line starting from the outer corner of the eye and moving towards the inner corner.
3. For a thicker line, repeat the application process multiple times.
4. For the lower lid, draw a thin line from the outer corner of the eye towards the inner corner.
5. Extend the lower lid line approximately two-thirds of the way to make your eyes appear larger; avoid completely lining the lower lids as this can make eyes appear smaller.
6. Connect the lines of the eyeliner at the outer corner of the eye for a complete look.
