How to Use:
- Apply a concealer or eyeshadow base on your eyelids.
- Matte eyeshadows: Apply using an eyeshadow brush of your choice and blend away!
- Shimmer and foil: Apply using a flat eyeshadow brush. For best effect use your fingers or a wet eyeshadow brush with setting spray or water.
- You can even use a glitter glue or primer to make the foil shadows pop more!
