- Pirouette Extra Light Muscovado sugar from Mauritius retains much of the flavor of the cane. Its soft, quick dissolving, fine-grained crystals with a light toffee colour and a crumbly texture adds a fudgy caramel flavour to your recipes.
- From Mauritius this sugar retains much of the flavor of the cane. It has a fine, moist texture, high molasses content and a deep, rich, flavor. Use it in recipes calling for light brown sugar for mouth watering results.
- Best used in confectionery, baking, creamy cakes, biscuits, caramel/ toffee, sauces, and sprinkled on fruits.
- Unrefined sugar tends to form lumps due to compaction. To revert to a crystal appearance , break it apart by hand or with a pestle. Lumps due to compaction do not impact product quality or taste profile.
