1. Peel off the paper from the back of the pad.
2. Place the pad firmly onto the center of your underwear.
3. Remove the paper from the wings (if applicable) and fold them around the sides of your underwear.
4. Change the pad every 4-6 hours, or more frequently if needed, to maintain hygiene and comfort.
5. After use, wrap the soiled pad in paper or a disposal bag and discard it responsibly in a waste bin. Do not flush.
