How to Use :
- Take a pea-sized amount. Apply it uniformly on rash or shoe bite prone areas like heels, ankles, bridges, bunions, little toes, and between the toes. You are now ready to walk easy.
- Do not apply on blisters or oozing skin. If discomfort from shoe-bite, soreness, or rubbing extends beyond seven days please consult a doctor.
