How to use:

THREE Steps for Usage Step1: Bring the Pain Oil to a lukewarm temperature. Oil could be heated on Gas, Microwave or by simply rubbing oil in palm of your hand Step 2: Massage with Pain Relief Oil in circular motion on affected body part. Use thumb circular motion to release muscular knot if present. Avoid pressure on boney area. Step 3: Apply hot water bottle on affected part post Oil Massage.
