How to Use Blue Dragon Soba Noodles & Rice Noodles

Add the noodles to boiling water and simmer for 3 minutes until tender.

Drain and rinse with cold water before serving.
Put noodles in a bowl, and cover with boiling water for 3 mins.
Rinse with cold water, and drain. Use in stir-fries, soups, salads, or as a side dish.
