1. Sterilize: Before first use and between cycles, sterilize your cup by boiling it in water for 5-7 minutes.
2. Fold: Fold the cup into a 'C' fold or 'punch-down' fold for easier insertion.
3. Insert: Gently insert the folded cup into your vagina, aiming towards your tailbone. Once inside, it should pop open and create a seal.
4. Wear: Wear the cup for up to 8-12 hours, depending on your flow.
5. Remove & Clean: To remove, gently pinch the base to break the seal, pull it out, empty the contents, wash with water and mild soap, and reinsert.
