How to Use Saathi Regular Bamboo Fibre Biodegradable Sanitary Pads

1. Remove the pad from its wrapper.
2. Peel off the paper from the back of the pad.
3. Place the pad on your underwear, sticky side down.
4. Fold the wings around the sides of your underwear to secure it.
5. Change your pad every 4-6 hours, or more frequently if needed.
6. Wrap the used pad in paper and dispose of it responsibly in a waste bin. Do not flush.
