  • Prepare the Ingredients: Cut your protein and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.Heat the Oil: In a large skillet or pot, heat a tablespoon of cooking oil over medium heat.
  • Add Curry Paste: Once the oil is hot, add the Blue Dragon Thai Yellow Curry Paste to the skillet. Stir-fry the paste for 1-2 minutes until it becomes fragrant.
