How to Use:
- 1. Apply eyeliner to the upper lid. Pull your upper eyelid taut to the side, draw a thin line going from the outer corner of the eye to the inner corner of your eye.

- Apply eyeliner to the lower lid, draw a thin line from the outer corner of the eye toward the inner corner of your eye.

- Connect the lines. Connect the lines of the eyeliner at the outer corner of the eye.
