How to Use Anour Rose Quartz Gua Sha

1. Begin by thoroughly cleansing your face. Apply a facial oil or serum generously to ensure the Gua Sha glides smoothly without tugging the skin.
2. Hold the Gua Sha tool almost flat against your skin, at a 15-45 degree angle, ensuring the flat side rests against your skin, not the sharp edge.
3. Using light to medium pressure, sweep the tool in one direction only; avoid moving it back and forth.
4. For the neck: Start just below your ear and sweep downwards towards your collarbone to encourage lymphatic drainage.
5. For the jawline: Position the notch of the tool around your jawbone and sweep from the center of your chin towards the earlobe.
6. For the cheeks: Sweep from the side of your nose outwards towards your hairline.
7. For the under-eyes: Apply very light pressure and gently glide the flat edge from the inner corner of your eye outwards towards your temple.
8. For the forehead: Sweep upwards from the eyebrows to the hairline, or from the center outwards towards the hairline.
9. Repeat each stroke 5-10 times per area.
10. After each use, clean your Gua Sha tool with mild soap and water.
