Ensure your skin is clean, dry, and free from any moisture, lotions, or oils in the application area for optimal adhesion.
For the Tape: Cut the breast tape to your desired length and shape. Carefully peel off the backing paper and apply the tape to your skin.
Gently lift your breast to the desired position. Begin applying the tape from the bottom or underneath your breast, working your way upwards.
As you move upwards, continue to gently peel off the backing paper, securing the tape to uplift and shape your breasts.
For the Cups: Peel off the protective film from the adhesive side of the cup. Position the cup over your breast, ensuring proper placement, and press gently but firmly for secure adhesion.
