How to Use:
Body Yoghurt:
- One can use a generous amount of body yoghurt straight after the shower.
- It spreads well on damp skin and does not wipe away with water.
Soap:
- Before you start washing up your skin, wet the soap and lather it up for a few seconds to get rid of the germs formed on the wet outer surface.
- Apply soap directly – Avoid using soap on your washcloth or loofah.
Scrub:
- Soak in warm water.
- Put a good amount of scrub on your hand and gently rub it into your skin.
- Use a brush or mitt to increase exfoliation and the cleansing impact of the scrub.
- Scrub your skin for 30 seconds, maximum, maintaining a gentle pressure throughout.
Bath Salt:
- Bath salts can be mixed into the warm water of a bath until they dissolve.
- Additionally, they can be used as the basis of a scrub used in the bath or even the shower.
Bath Bomb:
- Unwrap the bath bomb, and drop it in your tub for some fizzy fun.
- As the bath bomb soaks in the water, it will begin to break apart.
- If you are eager to get started, you don't need to wait until the bath bomb dissolves before jumping into the tub.
