- Prepare the skin with a face wash
- Place a warm towel on your face for 1-2 minutes to open up the pores
- Apply a thick layer of the mask focusing on the nose and T-zone areas. Avoid applying it near the eyes or on facial hair
- Leave on for 15-20 minutes or until completely dry
- Peel-off the edges working your way from the forehead down
- For best results, use once a week
