How to Use:
- Remove the protective foil of the tampon with clean hands. Unwind the cord.
- Relax and use your index finger to push the tampon into the vagina at an angle pointing towards your tailbone.
- Pull the string slowly diagonally downwards to remove the tampon. After removing it, wash your hands.
- Do not flush. Place the used tampon into a Sirona Tampon Disposal Bag and throw in the bin.
