Naturally grown in Mauritius without genetic modification, they capture the essence of molasses in each crystal.

Fine caster sugar has a fantastic bakery and confectionery applications. As Caster sugar dissolves very quickly, its perfect for meringue, mousse, whipped cream, cookies, cakes, puddings, sweet sauces and beverages.
  • Pirouette Fine Caster Sugar has a property to dissolves quickly and incorporates more air into your bakes, thus making it perfect for adding volume and producing a lighter texture to your dishes.

How to Use : 

  • Fine caster sugar is also known as superfine sugar, baking sugar or castor sugar. As it dissolves very quickly it controls the spread of biscuit dough, allows batters to aerate rapidly, ensures effective extrusion of cereal products, gives a smooth, opaque finish to sanded jellies and gives a soft bite to panned sweets.
