How to Use :
- Boil 1 litre of water with 1-2 teaspoon of salt and olive oil in a wide pan.
- Add 1 cup (100 gms) Emmer pasta to the boiling water and let it cook for 1-2 minutes
- Stir occasionally until the pasta is cooked
- Rinse the cooked pasta in cold water and add some olive oil to it
- Toss the pasta in the sauce and veggies of your choice and let it cook for 1-2 minutes
- Season with oregano and chili flakes
