Daily Self-care, inspired by the Abhyanga routine prescribed in the Ayurveda Dinacharya for head-to-toe self-care for the entire family. Get the benefits of more elaborate daily routines (Dinacharya) for head-to-toe self-care. Our face and body oils can be applied easily and left on the body as they are non-greasy, quick absorbing and easy to use. They can be used as day or night moisturisers, serums or leave-in hair conditioners. Good for yourself, or to gift others, to start the journey into daily self-care. The pack contains -
1. MOISTURISING Face & Body Oil (Regular 100ml, Mini 5ml) - For the combined benefits of oleation (abhyanga) and turmeric paste application (haldi-ubtan or lepa). Apply post-bath for long-lasting hydration in Winters, and prevent dehydration even during Summer or Monsoon.
2. ZINGIBER Body Oil (Regular 100ml, Mini 5ml) - For the combined benefit of ginger paste and oil foot massage (pada abhyanga). Apply every night on feet for a relaxed sleep and relieving any stiffness in joints and muscles , especially with fan and air-conditioning during Summer and Monsoons and during Autumn and Winter.
3. NOURISHING Hair Oil (Regular 100ml, Mini 5ml) - For the benefit of head oiling (shiro abhyanga) Apply a few drops on the scalp daily for boosting healthy hair growth, tackling dandruff, itching and dryness of scalp, managing hair fall and keep your head cool without getting a cold. All products suited for pregnancy and postpartum conditions. Also safe for babies. Well suited for people with sensitive skins and senior citizens too. How To Use :
For skin fold areas- Take a pinch between the fingertips. Let it soften for 3-5 seconds and apply gently.
For Feet
-Wash your feet, gently pat it with a soft, dry towel.
-Take the required amount of butter in your hand. Give an effective massage to your feet. Leave it overnight.
-Foot massage or Padabhyanga (at night before sleep) - Wash feet. Pat dry.
-Take few drops of Zingiber Ayurvedic Body massage oil and lightly massage on your feet, on the soles, heels, toes, and also upto the calves in a circular motion. Just leave it on.
Massage for stress and menstrual cramps-Take few drops on your palm. Apply on affected areas like shoulder, neck, wrists, temples (stress relief), joints and muscles, knees, elbows, back (stiffness relief), stomach, thighs, lower back (menstrual cramps)
For inflamed acne
-Cleanse face gently with Parama Ubtan. Pat dry.
-Take just one drop of the oil on your fingertip and apply on the affected areas.
-Leave it on.
For overall body massage - A. Pre-bath application – Apply on full body, avoid sensitive genital areas
