- RELAXING SLEEP & HEADACHE RELIEF: Add 2 drops of lavender oil on your pillow for a restful sleep. For headache relief, dilute a few drops with a carrier oil (coconut, almond oil etc.) and apply across the temples and forehead. Or add a drop to a tissue and gently inhale.
